Through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone and message. As part of a case, we process the information needed for the formalities: your standing and your mandate, along with information about the deceased and the organisations to contact.

Some of this information is sensitive. We handle it with the utmost discretion, solely to carry out the formalities you entrust to us, and we do not keep it longer than necessary.

We use this data to respond to you, prepare a quote and carry out the agreed formalities. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the contract between us. We act on the basis of your written mandate.

Data from an enquiry that does not proceed is kept for up to one year. Case data is kept for the duration of the case, then archived for as long as needed to evidence the formalities carried out, in line with legal obligations, before deletion.

Your data is never sold. It is processed by La Suite Après Vous and, where applicable, sent only to the organisations concerned by the formalities you entrust to us. We use technical providers acting on our behalf: Resend for sending emails and Railway for hosting, based in the United States, with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the European Union.
